Wheels Valet required assistance to create a brand identity that would position them as a professional, reliable and safe solution for customers that are unable to transport their vehicle due to lack of time, unfortunate events and unsatisfactory service from loan cars and rideshare companies.
Their second goal was to further build momentum and increase the amount of users by making the business more enticing for franchisees and event organisers. They also needed assistance to create a consistent brand identity system that can be applied across all forms of media.
By collaborating with Wheels Valet, we were able to define the companies brand attributes and build a clear brand message of ‘Convenient Valet Solutions’. This positioned their business in it’s own unique product category, and is the main point of difference for the services that Wheels Valet offer. As a result, the possible franchisees and event organisers can now see the value of the brand. It also allows users to connect with the brand through common values and goals.
Once we defined the brand, we developed a new identity system that focused on their core values of professionalism, clarity, safety, convenience and premium service. As the logo is the first thing a new user will come into contact with, we designed the logo to be simple, modern, clean and easily recognisable.
The brand identity can further be simplified by using the logomark by itself. This comes in handy when applying it to small spaces such as app icons online. The style guide document ensures the brand message is consistent and helps event organisers know how to properly apply the identity on all their own marketing material.
