QLTY is a property development team producing homes that consider our changing lifestyles, living habits, needs and values. QLTY builds homes in Sydney, Wollongong and Brisbane for the next generation of property owners to live in and love, while also adding value to local urban areas.
The goal of this project was to create a brand identity that differentiates itself from the rest of the property development market. We focused on QLTY’s attention to detail, adaptability and their modern innovative style. Creating a rounded, minimal, intersecting logotype that represents innovation, structure, collaboration, contemporary living and open transparency towards their clients. This project also included a style guide that incorporated a visual identity kit for QLTY’s print and digital collateral such as business cards, email signatures and letterhead documents. This ensures that the brand message remains consistent throughout all their future branding collateral.

I was nervous to begin with due my own lack of design understanding and direction regarding brief, however you managed to guide me through your process comfortably with an upbeat and excited energy.
