ABF’s mission was to position themselves as one of Australia’s top tier aluminium balustrade solutions provider. They also needed to align their brand identity and marketing collateral with the company’s new brand message of high quality, products, services and expertise. They also wanted a consistent brand message and style. That was consistent throughout all of their internal documents, proposals and marketing collateral. Whether they are out onsite or in the office, they wanted to spend less time making sure their documents looked like they came from the same company. Instead, spending more time working with their clientele and winning new projects.
We provided design consultation to help ABF achieve their business goals. We developed a new brand identity system that which included a new logo design, inclusive style guide document which allowed ABF to create their own marketing materials that are consistent with their brand message and style. This guide included, how to apply the new logo mark, typography examples, colour guides, photography examples, how to apply the new brand elements to print and online media. Over the years we have also helped ABF with the implementation of the new identity to their internal documents and developed their social media assets and various sales collateral.
After the launch of the new brand identity, ABF continues to expand along the east coast of Australia, working on major developments in Melbourne, Wollongong and greater Sydney. They collaborate with global brands and have taken their company to a new level. They now systems in place to create branded digital documents that are consistent with their brand identity. This has improved efficiency between staff members whether they are onsite or in the office. This has saved them precious time, allowing them to focus on what they do best which is engineering efficient balustrading solutions and working closely with their clients to provide an end-to-end customer experience.
